I hope that all of you and your families are doing well. I wanted to provide a few tips for all of you to help get through the situation we are all in. Please keep in mind a few things as we navigate through unprecedented times. First of all, keep a routine schedule. School work, Physical Training, Family time, and Meals should be consistent. Second, remember that we are in this together. Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes all over the country are experiencing the same things you are experiencing. Lastly, continue to maintain a competitive edge. Continue to challenge yourself and don’t lose sight of the goals you set. We will all get through this and be back together soon. Our coaches have been busy putting together contingency plans regarding summer workouts, etc. I asked all of them to remain patient and flexible, just as I ask all of you to do the same. We will continue to follow the orders of the Governor, Ohio Department of Health, and the OHSAA. I included a few links that provides resources for all of you to use.
